Cancellation

Each order is processed as quickly as possible therefore we limit the cancellation window to 6 hour after purchase.

Once we begin engraving your order we are unable to make changes due to the personalized nature of our products.

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, simply ship it back to us within 7 days of your package being delivered and receive a full refund, minus shipping, once we receive your return (7 day window starts when the package is delivered. 

If we make a mistake with your order, email us with a picture of your item along with the order number and we will immediately send you a new one.

We also know that everyone is human. If you make a mistake and you misspell your personalization, contact us and we will give you a discount code to re-order your item with the correct personalization.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please be sure to include a photo of the damaged item so we may contact the appropriate shipping company to process a claim.
